Spokane

Monterey, California-based Capital Insurance Group has leased 10,500 square feet of office space at 605 E. Holland, in Spokane, where the company will open a new office. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Spokane ALC LLC, a Mercer Island, Washington-based health care, social assistance, and real estate company, has purchased a 2-acre vacant lot, at 7609 N. Division, in Spokane, for $1.25 million. Steve Ridenour and KC Reese, both of NAI Black, represented the sellers in the transaction.

GS Bains Properties LLC, a Spokane-based real estate company, and DDSBHSJ LLC, a Spokane Valley-based retail company, together have purchased three properties on Spokane's South Hill, located at 3302 and 3204 E. 17th, and 2991 E. 18th for a combined price of $2.2 million. The sale includes a 14,400-square-foot commercial retail building, a 1,700-square-foot single family residence, and about a half-acre of vacant land. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, represented the sellers in the transaction.

WhyNorthwest LLC, a Spokane-based holding company, has purchased a 115-year-old, 14,700-square-foot, 42-unit mixed-use building, located at 2-10 E. Main, in downtown Spokane, for $1.6 million. John Powers and Jesse Clark, both of NAI Black, represented the sellers in the transaction.

6120 North Mayfair Street LLC, of Spokane, has purchased an 11,800-square-foot fully-leased office building, with 15,000 square feet of attached parking, located at 6120, 6114, and 6204 N. Mayfair, in Spokane, for $1.35 million. Don Jamieson and Bryan Walker, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

No-Jeff LLC, a Spokane-based development company, has purchased two buildings with a total of 45,400 square feet of mixed-use space at 115 S. Jefferson and 1121 W. First, in downtown Spokane, for $1.1 million, as an investment. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, represented the buyer, and Daniel Preston, of Real Broker LLC, represented the seller in the transaction.

Spokane-based Paragon Fine Jewelers LLC, which does business as Gemworks Fine Jewelers, has leased a 2,300-square-foot retail space in a multitenant building, at 4102 S. Regal, in Spokane, where the custom jewelry manufacturer has moved from the Paulsen Center, in downtown Spokane. Rob Kannapien and Cory Ehrgott, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Airway Heights

Sharp Properties II LLC, of Spokane, has purchased a 1,700-square-foot office building, at 13414 W. Sunset Highway, in Airway Heights, as an investment for $300,000. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, both of Byrd Real Estate Group, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley-based Broadway 90 LLC, a real estate investment company, has purchased a 1,200-square-foot wholesale warehouse building, at 19215 E. Broadway, in Spokane Valley, as an investment for $1.6 million. Drew Ulrick, of NAI Black, represented the seller in the transaction.

C&C Leasing Co., a Spokane-based real estate investment company, has purchased a 4,300-square-foot service garage building, at 422 N. Pines Road, in Spokane Valley, as an investment for $1.1 million. Devin Mecham and Clayton Crockett, both of NAI Black, represented the seller in the transaction.

Corwin Brothers Properties LLC, of Fargo, North Dakota, has purchased 1 acre of commercial property and vacant land, at 8104, 8112, and 8122 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for $1.2 million, to expand Corwin Automotive Group. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, and Francesca Baier, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices First Look Real Estate, represented the seller the transaction.

LND LLC, a Spokane-based investment company, has purchased a 31,000-square-foot vacant lot, at 6607 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for $620,000. Mary Kienbaum and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

North Idaho

Charlotte, North Carolina-based Specialty Products & Insulation Co., an insulation distribution company, has leased 17,100 square feet of industrial space in a multitenant industrial building, at 813 S. Lochsa, in Post Falls. Darren Slackman, of NAI Black, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Pooja Investment Properties LLC, a Coeur d'Alene-based retail company, has leased a 3,300-square-foot office and warehouse unit at KWI Plaza, located at 6290 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where the company is planning to open a vape store. Rob Kannapien and Cory Ehrgott, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Coeur d'Alene-based Westwood Brewing Co. has leased 6,000 square feet of warehouse space at 6180 Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where the brewery's production facility will be relocated from a facility in Hayden. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

The Barkan House Grooming & More has leased a 1,600-square-foot retail space, at 3655 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene, where a new dog grooming business is expected to open in January. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.
