Spokane

Tiny’s Service & Maintenance LLC, a Spokane-based junk removal service, has leased a 5,400-square-foot warehouse building at 6405 N. Pittsburg and a 3,200-square-foot warehouse building at 6401 N. Pittsburg, both in Spokane, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Steven Daines, of Daines Capital, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Fluent Motions LLC, a parkour facility, has leased a 3,600-square-foot industrial building at 5408 N. Freya, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the landlord. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, represented the tenant.

CC Services Inc., which does business as Country Financial, a Bloomington, Illinois-based insurance company, has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 2607 S. Southeast Blvd., in Spokane, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the lessee.

Spokane-based South Side Investments LLC, a property management company, has purchased a 9,200-square-foot multifamily building at 2103 W. Riverside and a 5,800-square-foot multifamily building at 2115 W. Riverside. Katie Bohr and Stephen Barbieri, both of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the seller.

Spokane-based Thierman Investments LLC, an investment company, has purchased a 21,300-square-foot industrial building at 7810 N. Market, in Spokane. Jim Orcutt and Mark McLees, both of NAI Black, represented the seller and buyer, respectively.

Olympia, Washington-based Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs has purchased 41.5 acres of land in northwest Spokane, near the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center and the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, for a new veterans home campus. Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Spokane Valley

GasHouseHQ LLC, which does business as Gas House Gym, a Spokane Valley-based gym, has leased 10,200 square feet of retail space at the Fred Meyer Shopping Center, at 212 N. Sullivan Road, in Spokane Valley, after moving from elsewhere in Spokane Valley. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee.

 

North Idaho

Inland Mechanical Solutions LLC, which does business as Inland Mechanical, a Post Falls-based heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning contractor, has leased 3,300 square feet of office and warehouse space at KWI Plaza, at 6124 Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for the company’s first location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Hayden-based Global Navigation Sciences Inc., an aviation consultant, has leased 1,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 4687 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for the company’s new location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Two Left Feet LLC, which does business as LiteFeet, a Post Falls-based dance studio, has leased 2,400 square feet of studio space at Early Dawn Commercial Center, at 4129 Early Dawn, in Post Falls, for the studio’s new location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the landlord. Danny Davis, of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant.
