Meals on Wheels Spokane

Meals on Wheels Spokane provides meals to individuals 60 years of age and over living within the Spokane City limits. The typical meal delivery window is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Remember to put out a cooler with frozen ice packs.

Wednesday, Feb. 4

Pasta primavera with marinara, parmesan, capri veggies.

Thursday, Feb. 5

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans.

Friday, Feb. 6

Chicken enchilada with cheese, rice and beans, corn.

Monday, Feb. 9

Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, green peas.

Tuesday, Feb. 10

Chicken thighs, couscous, chuckwagon veggies.

Wednesday, Feb. 11

Turkey spaghetti with parmesan, green beans.

Thursday, Feb. 12

Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, carrots.

Friday, Feb. 13

Chili mac with peaches.

Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County provides meals to individuals 60 years of age and older living in Spokane County. All meals include vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk or juice.

Silver Café

Individuals 60 years of age and older can connect with others over a meal at any of Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County's 13 Silver Cafés throughout Spokane County. All Silver Cafés serve meals from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. unless stated otherwise. Those who lack a means of transportation can contact Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County for a bus pass.

All meals include vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk or juice.

Lemon-baked fish with sweet potatoes, roasted zucchini, sliced pears, roll, milk or juice.

Thursday, Feb. 5

Chicken curry casserole with brown rice, carrots, spinach, sliced peaches, milk or juice.

Friday, Feb. 6

Fajita chicken chili with pinto beans, fiesta lime corn, cheese, sliced apples, roll, milk or juice.

Monday, Feb. 9

Chicken enchilada casserole with black beans, fiesta lime corn, pineapple chunks, milk or juice.
