Meals on Wheels Spokane

Meals on Wheels Spokane provides meals to individuals 60 years of age and over living within the Spokane City limits. The typical meal delivery window is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Remember to put out a cooler with frozen ice packs.

Monday, March 2

Meatballs, mashed potatoes, and squash.

Tuesday, March 3

Teriyaki chicken, white rice, and broccoli.

Wednesday, March 4

Pasta primavera with marinara, parmesan, and capri veggies.

Thursday, March 5

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Friday, March 6

Chicken enchilada with cheese, rice and beans, and corn.

Monday, March 9

Chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Tuesday, March 10

Chicken thighs, couscous, and chuckwagon veggies.

Wednesday, March 11

Turkey spaghetti with parmesan and green beans.

Thursday, March 12

Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, and carrots.

Friday, March 13

Chili mac and peaches.

Monday, March 16

Barbecue chicken, brown rice, peas, and carrots.

Tuesday, March 17

Macaroni and cheese, broccoli, and mandarin oranges.

Wednesday, March 18

Glazed ham, red potatoes, and carrots.

Thursday, March 19

Shepherd’s pie, veggies, mashed potatoes, and pears.

Friday, March 20

Mushroom stroganoff and mixed veggies.

Monday, March 23

Biscuits and gravy, and applesauce.

Tuesday, March 24

Chicken parmesan with spaghetti noodles, and green beans.

Wednesday, March 25

Chickpea tikka masala with rice, and capri veggies.

Thursday, March 26

Chicken Alfredo and zucchini.

Friday, March 27

Chili with cheese, and cornbread.

Monday, March 30

Meatballs, mashed potatoes, and squash.

Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County provides meals to individuals 60 years of age and older living in Spokane County. All meals include vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk or juice.

Silver Café

Individuals 60 years of age and older can connect with others over a meal at any of Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County's 13 Silver Cafés throughout Spokane County. All Silver Cafés serve meals from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. unless stated otherwise. Those who lack a means of transportation can contact Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County for a bus pass.

All meals include vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk or juice.

Beef stew with fresh baked roll, garden salad, and apple crisp.

Friday, March 6

Chili con carne with garden salad, corn bread, and fruit salad.

Ham and sweet potato casserole with baked cauliflower and sliced peaches.

Tuesday, March 10

Fish sandwich with coleslaw, potato wedges, tartar sauce, and pears.

Wednesday, March 11

Barbecue chicken thighs with brown rice pilaf, broccoli, and apple crisp.

Thursday, March 12

Beef tacos with black beans, corn, cheese, sour cream, and picante packet.

Friday, March 13

Swedish meatballs with brown rice, mixed vegetables, and sliced pears.

Chicken and rice casserole with capri vegetables and pineapple chunks.

Corned beef and cabbage with baked carrots, mashed potatoes, and fruit cup.
