Spokane

CleverPath IT LLC, a Gillette, Wyoming, information technology company, has leased 530 square feet of office space at the Tapio Professional Center, located at 104 S. Freya, in Spokane, for the company’s new location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.

Spokane-based tattoo shop Sweet Inks & Cool Peeps has leased a 1,990-square-foot retail building at 210 E. Wellesley, in Spokane, following a move from a previous location. Greg Peach, with NAI Black, represented the lessor in the transaction.

Spokane-based Outside the Box Boutique LLC, which does business as Out of the Box Boutique, has leased 1,750 square feet of retail space at 4526 S. Regal, in Spokane, for the clothing store’s first location. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessee in the transaction.

Spokane-based heating equipment supplier MorrCo LLC, which does business as MorrHeat, has leased a 3,520-square-foot retail building, at 1705 N. Monroe, in Spokane, after moving from Spokane Valley. Jim Orcutt, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Palm Beach, Florida-based title company The First American Corp., which does business as First American Title Insurance Co., has leased 1,900 square feet of office space at the North Spokane Financial Center, at 7307 N. Division, in Spokane. Andy Butler, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction. 

Spokane Valley

Cedar & Stone Custom Homes LLC, which does business as Inspire Homes, a Spokane Valley-based custom home builder, has leased 2,300 square feet of retail space at Greenacres Dental Building, at 1612 N. Barker Road, in Spokane Valley. Greg Peach, of NAI Black, represented the lessor in the transaction.

North Idaho

Proto Technologies Inc., a Liberty Lake-based aviation and aerospace component manufacturer, has leased a 21,000-square-foot industrial warehouse space at 6164 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri, represented the tenant.

Boise, Idaho-based medical equipment manufacturer Sawtooth Surgical Solutions Inc. has leased a 6,680-square-foot industrial and flex property at 6224 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, represented the landlord. Guy Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone, represented the tenant.

Western Construction & Roofing, a Post Falls-based roofing contractor, has leased 1,560 square feet of office space at 4020 N. Huetter Road, in Coeur d’Alene, for the contractor’s second location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
