Spokane

EPC Racing LLC, a Spokane-based auto performance tuning shop, has purchased a 4,350-square-foot industrial warehouse, at 2828 N. Madelia, in Spokane, where the company is moving from 4707 E. Trent, in Spokane. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, represented the buyer. Josh Allison, of Paulson Exchange, represented the seller.

Yakima, Washington-based real estate company Forged September LLC has purchased an 8,400-square-foot multitenant office building, at 111 E. Lincoln Road, in Spokane. Drew Ulrick and Kim Millet, both of TOK Commercial, represented the seller.

Gurnam LLC, of Spokane, has purchased the Loma Linda Shopping Center, featuring a 7,900-square-foot multitenant retail building, at 5525 N. Alberta, in Spokane. Loma Vista Shopping Center is fully occupied with five tenants, including Domino's Pizza, Edward Jones, Tel-Phone Resources, Studio 2.0 Salon, and Pawsitive Image Dog Salon. Tim Kestell, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the buyer. Casey Brazil and Richard Fox, both also of Kiemle Hagood, represented the seller.

Sage Root Health, a Spokane-based holistic care practice, has leased 700 square feet of office space, at 4610 N. Ash, in Spokane, for the company’s first location. Drew Ulrick and Kim Millet, both of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

Icona Jeweler LLC, a Spokane-based jewelry manufacturer, has leased an 1,800-square-foot office at a multitenant office building, at 4610 N. Ash, in Spokane, where the company is moving from elsewhere in Spokane. Andy Butler and Gunnar Knutson, both of Kiemle Hagood, represented the tenant. Drew Ulrick and Kim Millet, both of TOK Commercial, represented the landlord.

Tucson, Arizona-based jewelry company Precious Metals Refinery LLC has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at Crosspointe Plaza, located at 10414 W. Highway 2, in west Spokane, where the company is expanding to the Spokane market. Drew Ulrick and Kim Millet, both of TOK Commercial, represented the tenant. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, represented the landlord.

Spokane Valley

Precious Metals Refinery LLC has also leased a 1,700-square-foot retail space at the Valley Plaza Shopping Center, at 13414-13320 E. Sprague, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Drew Ulrick and Kim Millet, both of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

Eugene, Oregon-based Hi-Valley Development Corp., a property management company, has purchased two apartment buildings: The Nathan Apartments, at 15922 E. Valleyway,  and The Marx Apartments, at 3905 S. Dishman Mica Road, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. Isaac Grant, of C.W. Walker & Associates, represented the buyer. Ryan Towner and Dallas Lightner, both of LT Real Estate, represented the seller.

Spokane Valley-based real estate company The Indiana Five LLC has purchased the Indiana Professional Building, a 27,700-square-foot office building, at 15920 E. Indiana, in Spokane Valley, as an investment. Danny Patterson, of SVN Cornerstone, represented the seller.

Spokane Valley-based beverage company Swell Coffee LLC has purchased a 400-square-foot coffee stand, at 1604 S. Sullivan Road, in Veradale, for a new location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

Everbowl, a California-based acai bowl franchise, has leased a 1,400-square-foot retail space at 13324 E. Sprague, at the Valley Plaza Shopping Center, in Spokane Valley, for a new location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based Hautala Home Care LLC, a nonmedical home care business, has leased 4,600 square feet of office space at 521 N. Argonne Road, in Spokane Valley, where the company is opening an additional location. Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, represented the lessor.

North Idaho

Coeur d'Alene-based Connected Family Chiropractic PLLC has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at the Lincoln Professional Center, at 1801 N. Lincoln Way, in Coeur d’Alene, for the company’s first location. Drew Ulrick, of TOK Commercial, handled the transaction.

Post Falls-based holding company Marth Group LLC has leased a 13,000-square-foot industrial space, at 813 S. Lochsa, in Post Falls. Chris Pearson, of TOK Commercial, and Mike Mills, of Atlantic Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Walker Durant, of Buzz Oates Management Services, represented the landlord.

Post Falls-based youth soccer organization Coeur United FC LLC has leased 7,200 square feet of warehouse space at 675 W. Capstone Court, in Hayden, for the organization’s first location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, and Rob Kannipien, of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, represented the lessor.

Cigar Boss LLC, a Coeur d’Alene-based cigar store, has leased a 1,000-square-foot retail space, at 3700 N. Government Way, in Coeur d’Alene, where the company is opening its first location. Craig Hunter, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the lessee.
