Construction is ongoing at Prairie Medical Campus, a healthcare development underway through a joint venture between Kootenai Health and MultiCare Health System. The 30-acre site is located at the southeast corner of Highway 41 and Prairie Avenue in Post Falls. Spokane-based Bouten Construction Co., the contractor of the first phase of the project, currently is working on the structural framework, stairs, and concrete flooring.
