Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane-based 237 E. Sprague LLC has purchased the 4,500-square-foot industrial building at 237 E. Sprague as an investment. Steve McIntosh, of Kiemle Hagood, and Matthew Byrd, of SVN Cornerstone, handled the transaction.

Mead-based KPR LLC has purchased the just under 5,500-square-foot industrial building and 1.52 acres of land at 5520 and 5612 N. Market as an investment. An affiliated company, Copper Creek Landscaping Inc., has moved into the space. Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Los Angeles-based 215-219 Larchmont Boulevard LLC has purchased the 27,900-square-foot Hayden Creek Plaza, at 8110 N. Government Way, in Hayden, as an investment. Cory Turnbull, of CDA Commercial Real Estate/Select Properties Co., and Josh Beebe, of Northwest Realty Group LLC, handled the transaction.

The city of Coeur d'Alene has purchased two former transitional housing structures, the Star Haven, at 1516 E. Sherman, and Sandman, at 1620 E. Sherman, in Coeur d'Alene, as an investment toward revitalization of East Sherman Avenue. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Lewiston, Idaho-based credit union P1FCU has leased 2,900 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 418 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, for a new branch. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. In Kootenai County, P1FCU also has branches in Hayden and Rathdrum and a loan office in Post Falls.

Spokane Valley-based Utility Construction Inspection LLC has leased 1,800 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 414 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where it plans to move from a home office. The veteran-owned utility line inspection company will occupy the mezzanine level, while The Gathering Hole, a retailer of concealed weapon handbags and men's wallets, will occupy the main level. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
