Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane Valley real estate company M3K LLC has purchased the two-building, 18,000-square-foot warehouse and office complex at 118 N. Lee as an investment. John Powers and Brent Johnson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Lexington, Kentucky-based Bluegrass Hemp Oil, a retailer of cannabidiol products, has leased 975 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 101 N. Argonne Road, where it has moved from 12307 E. Maxwell, in Spokane Valley. Shannon Tenney, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Nonprofit Idaho Youth Ranch Inc. has leased 9,600 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 1600 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where it has moved its thrift store from smaller quarters at 317 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Custom countertop maker Basic Concepts LLC has leased 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 3626 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, where it has moved from 3646 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Spirit Lake-based Hal and Shawn Monheim have purchased the 8,500-square-foot retail center at 31862 N. Fifth, in Spirit Lake as an investment. The building currently is occupied by North Idaho Tires & Service. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Seattle-based Point No Point LLC, a real estate investment company, has purchased as an investment the 112,000-square-foot Allpak industrial building at 1500 W. First, in Cheney. Erik Nelson and Mike Livingston, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
