Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Spokane Downtown-South has opened a new, six-story hotel on the lower South Hill that has more than 100 rooms and several amenities for guests.

Owned and operated by Spokane South Medical LLC, and managed by Hospitality Associates Inc., the new hotel at 675 S. McClellan features 109 guest rooms, a parking garage, a round-the-clock fitness center, an indoor pool and hot tub, and 2,140 square feet of meeting space, according to a press release from Hampton Inn & Suites.

Each room has free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a lighted work desk with USB charging ports, and 55-inch, flat-panel HDTVs.

The hotel is part of Hilton Honors, a guest-loyalty program for Hilton’s 17 hotel brands.
