Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

The Ketamine Clinic of Spokane LLC has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 3707 S. Grand Blvd., where it plans to move from a smaller space at 907 S. Perry following renovations. Brian Bean, of Kiemle Hagood, and Clayton McFarland, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

Spokane investment company Lees Investments LLC has purchased the 11,500-square-foot multitenant office and warehouse building at 1821 W. Fifth as an investment. Erik Nelson and Casey Brazil, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based Garden Springs at I90 LLC has purchased the 22,600-square-foot multitenant office building at 1717 S. Rustle as an investment. Tim Kestell and Mike Livingston, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Nicholas Brumback, of Brumback Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction. 

In-home senior health care company AAging Better In-Home Care LLC has leased 2,300 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1125 E. Polston in Post Falls, where it plans to move from 1,800 square feet of space at 601 E. Seltice Way on July 22. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Pilates Physical Therapy, a branch of Rathdrum Physical Therapy, has leased 550 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 3365 Quad Park Court, in Post Falls. Christine Danser, who co-owns the company with husband Chris Garrett, says the company will offer pilates-focused physical therapy and will open Aug. 1. Craig Hunter, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. The flagship office is located at 14775 Kimo Court, in Rathdrum.

New insurance brokerage Glidden Group LLC has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 1118 Ironwood Drive, in the Ironwood Business Park, in Coeur d’Alene. Chad Burd, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
