Spokane IT firm HiTechnique acquired by Executech

Executech vows to expand services, market footprint

February 14, 2019

Executech, a Utah-based information technology services provider, has acquired Spokane-based IT company HiTechnique LLC.

Executech CEO DJ Dorff says in a press release he wants to expand services and operations over the coming years.

HiTechnique’s goal is to focus on growing the company’s footprints in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, states the release.

Dan Shuler, founder and CEO of HiTechnique, says in the release that the companies are merging employees and services, and that HiTechnique will continue to operate here under that name.

HiTechnique, located at 1330 N. Washington, helps local businesses with technological concerns regarding business-critical applications, cybersecurity, storage, data loss, and convenience.

HiTechnique and Executech will provide services through a joint effort, including data backup, recovery, business continuity help, and Microsoft network support and consulting, to small and medium organizations across the West, Shuler says.

Clients shouldn’t anticipate change such as different technicians, and there will be no decrease in the quality of service from the acquisition, he says.

Spokane based IT support clients include law firms, health care clinics and providers, retail establishments, construction businesses, and architect firms.

HiTechnique is looking to increase its staff, and is encouraging Spokane IT professionals to apply on its site to be a part of its team. Currently, HiTechnique also is looking to fill a position for a network consultant or systems engineer role.

In a separate transaction, Executech also recently acquired z7 Networks, a Seattle based IT company.

In Seattle, Executech is looking to hire a sales account executive and a tier III IT support technician.
