Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Think Tank Escape Rooms Inc., a new Spokane adventure game company, has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 327 W. Third for an escape room operation. Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, and Stephen Barbieri and Ashley Loveless, both of Goodale Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Peak Investments LLC has purchased a 6,000-square-foot, two-story office building at 220 W. Francis as an investment. Peak Investments is owned by Anibal Lopez, who also owns the Spokane-based dental practice Summit Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Ken Lewis, of Berkshire Hathaway First Look Real Estate, and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc.,
handled the transaction. 

Spokane law firm Lilac City Law has leased a 2,800-square-foot suite in the multitenant Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, where the firm has moved from smaller quarters in the same building. Justin Folkins, of RenCorp Realty, handled the transaction.

Spokane-based Smart Choice Cleaning Inc. has renamed its two 1,800-square-foot stores in Spokane—one at 12519 N. Division, and another at 3007 E. 57th—to Martinizing Dry Cleaning. The sites previously had been occupied by M Pressed Dry Cleaning stores. Smart Choice is a franchisee of Loveland, Ohio-based Martinizing. The company’s services here include cleaning wedding dresses, leather, linens, and comforters. The company employs 10 people. Grand openings for the North Spokane and South Hill locations will be held 4-5:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 and Nov. 6, respectively. 

Meridian, Idaho-based vaping accessories company Vape Strong LLC, which does business as Vape, has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 2910 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, for a new retail operation. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. 

Rathdrum-based real estate investment company Tanner Rental LLC has purchased 2.7 acres of commercial land south of Lancaster Road and west of Warren Street, in Hayden, from New Frontiers Investments LLC. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty,
handled the transaction.
