Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Self-storage company More Space Spokane LLC, of Spokane, has purchased a roughly 500-unit, 114,000-square-foot storage facility in a building at 104 S. Division. Casey Brazil and Chris Schrieber, both of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Northwest Pediatric Ophthalmology PS, of Spokane, has moved to a multitenant medical office building at 842 S. Cowley, says office manager Rachelle Zimmerer. The practice moved from smaller quarters at 105 W. Eighth, in the Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital’s doctor’s building. The niche pediatric eye clinic has 15 employees.

Real estate holding company Mohsenian Investment LLC, of Spokane, has purchased a 13,000-square-foot office building at 1115 E. Westview Court and has moved a new Empire Pediatric Therapy Associates LLC pediatric occupational therapy clinic into that building. Richard Fox, of Kiemle Hagood, and Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate, handled the transaction.

Serenity Day Spa LLC has leased 1,700 square feet of retail and office space in a multitenant building at 8827 N. Government Way, in Hayden, for a massage studio and spa. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, and Joel Olson, of Northwest Realty Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Marriage counselor Nathan Berghorst has leased 535 square feet of office space in the multitenant Sandalwood Business Center, at 2115 E. Sherman, in Coeur d’Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Spokane Valley-based Balanced Fitness 4U LLC, which does business as Balanced Fitness, has opened at 18321 E. Appleway, says Wendy Jackson, who co-owns the business with Sandi Wasteney. The private training studio occupies 1,800 square feet and offers personal and small group training, ballroom dancing, massage therapy, senior programs, yoga, and summer camps for kids.
