Trampoline park planned in Valley

The former Safeway grocery store at 1441 N. Argonne Road, in Spokane Valley, is being remodeled into Spokane's first Altitude Trampoline Park gym.

Kenda and Branden Gadish are the franchisees for the 32,000-square-foot Valley gym, which they say likely will open by mid-May.

"This is the first trampoline park we've opened," says Kenda Gadish. "Owning a trampoline franchise just seemed like a really fun, exciting business for us to get involved with as a family."

Gadish says she and her husband currently live in the Kennewick, Wash., area but plan to move to Spokane later this year.

"We're in Spokane quite often, and through our research, we just felt like this was a great area for a trampoline park," she says.

Gadish says the couple is leasing the building from NAI Black Realty and have been remodeling the indoor space with the help of several local contractors.

Once completed, Gadish says the park will feature 16 different attractions, including a main court, a kid’s court, performance trampolines, a laser maze, and a foam pit.

"We'll also have two private party rooms available to rent for birthdays and other events, as well as a mezzanine level that allows parents to more easily watch their kids."

Gadish says the park will need to hire about 60 employees to help with operations and already has begun taking applications for some of those positions.

Altitude Trampoline Parks is a franchise owned by Fort Worth, Texas-based, Vertical Trampoline Parks Enterprises LLC.
