Family Auto Care LLC, a new Spokane full-service automobile repair and maintenance business, has leased 1,500 square feet of warehouse space in the Decatur Storage complex, at 3707 E. Decatur, from Canter Commercial Properties LLC. At the same complex, Spokane concrete and epoxy floor and fireproofing contractor WeatherTech Industries LLC has opened a second warehouse location in about 1,500 square feet of space. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transactions.

 

The historic Broadview Dairy building, at 411 W. Cataldo, has been acquired as an investment by Seattle-based Shooting the Moon II LLC, which paid $5.1 million for the 30,000-square-foot mixed-use building at the southwest corner of Cataldo Avenue and Washington Street. Alicia Barbieri and Stephen Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., represented the seller, Huckleberry Bay Co. Cody George, of Kiemle Hagood, represented the buyer.

 

Spokane real estate investment company S&H Trent LLC has purchased three buildings with a total of 7,400 square feet of space at 1711 E. Trent. The three buildings consist of warehouse, office, and vehicle storage space. Mark Lucas, Tracy Lucas, and Tracy Poff, all of Kiemle Hagood, and Levi McCormick, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.

 

Coeur d’Alene-based Lakeside Oral Surgery & Dental Implants has purchased from 21st Avenue LLC the 12,000-square-foot Sandcreek Office Park, at 476394 U.S. 95 North, in Ponderay, Idaho, where the oral surgery practice plans to open a second office within the year. Chris Schreiber and Chad Carper, of Kiemle Hagood, and Mike Gregg, of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

 

National Association of Credit Management Northwest, a Portland, Ore.-based nonprofit that promotes business-to-business credit management, has purchased a 10,800-square-foot office building at 606 N. Pines Road. NACM Northwest plans to move its Spokane-area office to that location from smaller quarters at 1710 N. Calispel. Tim Kestell and Jim Quigley, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

 

Dawson Appraisal Inc., a new Spokane Valley appraisal company, has opened an office at 708 N. Argonne Road. The company has two certified appraisers and a third, part-time employee. The business provides residential appraisals in Spokane County.

 

Lokken Ventures Inc., which does business as Rooted Commercial Landcare, a Spokane Valley full-service commercial landscape maintenance business, has leased half of a 6,000-square-foot building at 4414 N. Barker. The company has moved there from smaller quarters at 17019 E. Trent. Doug Byrd and Cassandra Becker, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, and Tracy Poff, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the lease.

 

Titan Leard, of Post Falls, has purchased as an investment 1.9 acres of land at the intersection of Fourth Street and Nonini Lane, in Post Falls. Robin Bundy, of Pearl Realty, and Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
