Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

Spokane County Democrats has leased 1,900 square feet of office space in the multitenant Teamsters Building, at 1912 N. Division, where it moved from similar-sized quarters at 1403 W. Third. Doug Byrd and Sharon Reynolds, both of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.

Prairie Dog LLC, which does business as Prairie Dog Pet Mercantile, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 5608 S. Regal, where the store, which currently occupies 2,000 square feet of adjacent space, is expanding. Steve McIntosh, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

Meridian Construction Inc. has completed a $1.4 million, 5,000-square-foot remodel and 1,500-square-foot addition at 504 E. Second. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Health Care for Homeless Veterans program is in the process of moving into the building and hopes to open there within a couple of weeks, says Mark D’Agostino, president of Meridian Construction.

McAloon Law PLLC, a new Spokane law firm, has opened in 1,300 square feet of office space it occupies jointly with Keyes Legal PLLC on the fifth floor of the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside. Keyes Legal PLLC moved into that space from 5909 S. Dearborn Road. McAloon Law specializes in municipal law and public finance, and Keyes Legal practices litigation and tribal law.

J Fredrick Enterprises LLC, which does business as The Advisors Insurance Agency, has rebranded and moved to a 900-square-foot office on the second floor of the Bank of America Financial Center, at 601 W. Riverside. The company, which currently has three employees, previously did business as All Lines Insurance, in Spokane Valley, where it occupied 400 square feet at 9203 E. Trent. Owner John Fredrick says the company moved to have room to expand and to be closer to its referral partners, who are mostly mortgage lenders.

Smart Law LLC, a new company that works with real estate transactions through Ethereum cryptocurrency network, has leased 2,600 square feet of office space at 2147 W. Hayden, in Hayden, from Perko Properties LLC. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.

Siler Chiropractic & Rehabilitation LLC has leased 1,000 square feet from CCRC LLC in a multitenant building at 12211 E. Broadway, where it has moved from similar-sized space at 502 S. Sullivan. Tim Kestell and Dina Cole, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
