7 Wonders Beauty Spa and Wellness has opened in the former Evergreen Wellness Center, at 10 N. Evergreen Road. 

Ann Cao says she purchased the 6,000-square-foot building in August and worked with a local independent contractor to remodel its interior spaces.

Cao owns Aveda, the full-service salon and store that occupies one of the building’s lower level suites and employs 13 people. 

Cao says 7 Wonders involves three other beauty and wellness-themed businesses that work collaboratively.

Svetlana’s Salon & Spa, located in the building’s upper level offers a variety of beauty products and services. The business is owned by Svetlana Khashchuk, and currently has 12 employees.

Also on the building’s upper floor is Premier Sculpting, a body sculpting service owned by Dr. Daniel Hagerty, a physician affiliated with Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital. The business, which uses liposuction equipment to shape the body, currently has four employees.

Kody Little Portraits is a photography studio that occupies one of two office suites on the building’s lower level. The business is co-owned by Kody Little and Troy LeBaron, professional photographers who specialize in wedding and senior portraits.
