Two commercial real estate agents open new brokerage in Spokane

Former NAI Black agents establish LT Real Estate

February 1, 2018

Spokane commercial real estate brokers Dallas Lightner and Ryan Towner have opened a new brokerage on Spokane’s North Side, Lightner says.

The new company, LT Real Estate LLC, occupies a 1,700-square-foot building at 2614 N. Monroe. The agency specializes in commercial real estate—primarily investment properties and apartment complexes, says Lightner.

Lightner worked for NAI Black for more than three years, and Towner worked for that big brokerage for five-plus years. The business partners chose to split off from that company and establish their own concern because they’re about the same age and felt it was an opportune time in both their lives and the industry, he says. Towner is 27, and Lightner is 26.

Lightner says there appears to be an age gap between older brokers nearing retirement that have been working for decades and the younger generation.

“Overall, I think there’s going to be a lot of opportunity for younger people in real estate, specifically commercial real estate, especially over the next five to 10 years,” says Lightner.

Currently, Lightner and Towner are the only employees of their company. Both are from the Spokane area, says Lightner.

LT Real Estate is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
