North Idaho College expects to select a contractor this month for its planned $15 million Career Technical Education Facility illustrated here. The project, which will be located at 7604 W. Lancaster Road, on the south edge of Rathdrum, is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2016. NIC held a ceremonial groundbreaking on the big project earlier this summer, when a number of state officials were in North Idaho.
