Choice Realty office moves to North Side

Market rebound drives agency's need for larger quarters, broker says

December 19, 2013
Mike McLean

Choice Plus Realty LLC has moved to Spokane’s North Side from a smaller location downtown, says Ron McIntire, the agency’s designated broker and co-owner.
Choice Realty now occupies 1,200 square feet of leased space in a one-story office development at 1403 W. Garland.
“We outgrew our previous location,” McIntire says.
Until last month, Choice Realty had been located in the Globe Building, at 204 N. Division, where it had a single office and shared space with Design Collaborative LLC.
McIntire says the brokerage has 11 agents—up from five agents when it launched in 2011—and the agency plans to bring on two more agents yet this month.
“The market has come back and is going to be pretty strong,” he says.
Eric Etzell is Choice Plus Realty’s other co-owner, McIntire says.
The agency handles mostly residential and small commercial transactions, he says.
McIntire says he’s been in the real estate business for 16 years.
