The 36-unit apartment complex is well under way at the Cedar Crossing mixed-use development, just north of the Francis Avenue-Cedar Street intersection on Spokane's North Side. Paul Matthews Architects PLLC, of Rathdrum, designed the apartments. Under development by Brumback Inc., of Spokane, the complex is just north of two restaurants that are being built, Waddell's BrewPub & Grille and The Boiler Room.
