Riverview Retirement Community, located at 1801 E. Upriver Drive, has started foundation work for its planned $4.2 million aquatics and fitness center. The 13,000-square-foot facility will be three times the size of a facility it's replacing and will include a four-lane lap pool, a 500-square-foot therapy pool, and a raised eight-person spa.
