Ten Capital Investment Advisors LLC, a financial planning concern, has leased 3,000 square feet of space in the Chase Building, at 601 W. Main, and plans to move there from leased quarters at 510 W. Riverside. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting Inc. has leased 3,300 square feet of office space in the Rockpointe Corporate Center, at 316 W. Boone, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 111 N. River Drive. Jeff McGougan and Jon Jeffreys, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Savior Enterprises LLC, which does business as Vivo, a Coeur d'Alene-based young women's clothing chain, has leased 6,500 square feet of space at 296 Sunset, in the Sunset Village shopping center, and plans to move its Coeur d'Alene outlet there from leased space at 311 E. Sherman. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. Vivo also operates outlets in the Spokane Valley Mall, the NorthTown Mall, and River Park Square.

Spokane Democrats, a countywide political organization, has leased 6,000 square feet of floor space on the first and second floors of a six-story building at 239 W. Main, and has moved there from smaller quarters. Jeff McGougan and Don Jamieson, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

Advanced Concepts in Manufacturing LLC has leased 5,600 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has moved its manufacturing equipment repair operations there from leased space at 720 W. Boone. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.

Spokane International Airport, which is owned jointly by Spokane County and the city of Spokane, has bought 6.9 acres of land occupied by three structures with a total of 45,000 square feet of floor space at 2121 N. Waterworks. The airport plans to clear the land, which is in the airport's crash zone. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Monarch Mental Health LLC has leased 1,100 square feet of office space in the Sandalwood Business Center, at 2115 E. Sherman in Coeur d'Alene, as a satellite location to which it's expanding services. Its main office is located at 1323 E. Sherman. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
