Call of the Wild Tattoo has leased 1,400 square feet of floor space at 180 E. Neider, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from 15381 N. State Route 41, in Rathdrum, Idaho. Casey Brazil, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Capelli's Salon & Spa has leased 1,400 square feet of floor space at 186 E. Neider, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from 1034 N. Third. Casey Brazil, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Independent Electrical Services LLC, of Post Falls, has leased 1,300 square feet of industrial space at 209 E. Third, in Post Falls, and plans to move there from a home base. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Telect Inc., the Liberty Lake-based maker of network equipment for the communications industry, has leased 15,000 square feet of space at 3808 N. Sullivan, in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, and plans expand its operations there. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



AJI Counseling LLC, a substance-abuse treatment and prevention provider, has leased 300 square feet of space in the Sandalwood Business Center, at 2115 E. Sherman, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Chicago-based Spokane GSA LLC has bought as an investment the 19,300-square-foot Pillar Rock Plaza building, at 8510 U.S. Highway 2, which the Military Entrance Processing Station currently leases. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Cair Paravel LLC, of Bellevue, Wash., has bought as an investment an acre of land at 1751 W. Hayden, in Hayden, Idaho. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Reliable Parts Inc., a Tukwila, Wash.-based supplier of parts and accessories for household appliances and barbecue grills, has leased 2,500 square feet of floor space at 2004 N. Hamilton and has moved its Spokane call center there from smaller quarters at 204 E. Augusta. Matthew Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Jamie Traeger, of JMA Commercial Real Estate, handled the transaction.



New Expressions Dental has leased 3,200 square feet of floor space in the Moran Prairie Shopping Center, at 3209 E. 57th, and the practice has moved there from leased space at 2420 E. 29th. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Cory Barbieri, of Goodale & Barbieri Co., handled the transaction.



Invent-Tech, a Coral Gables, Fla.-based inventor assistance company, has leased 500 square feet of office space at 12929 E. Sprague. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
