Axtell, Briggs & Freebourn PLLC, a Spokane law firm, has leased 2,200 square feet of office space in the Flour Mill, at 621 W. Mallon, and has moved there from 925 W. Montgomery. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Emvy Cellars LLC, a Spokane winery, has bought as an investment a 10,700-square-foot parking lot at 22 W. Pacific. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Kyle Lindley Insurance Agency LLC has leased about 300 square feet of space in an office building at 3000 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, and has moved there from leased space at 205 E. Seltice Way. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



MHC Investments LLC, of Spokane, has bought a 45,000-square-foot industrial building in the Sunrise Business Park, at 1420 E. Third, in Post Falls. A related company, Spokane-based Power-Handling Inc., a maker of hand-operated machines that move large paper rolls and cable reels, plans to move some of its manufacturing operations there from 3223 N. Market, in Spokane. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
