Kestell Co. real estate adds agents

February 16, 2012
Mike McLean

Kestell Co. Realtors, a longtime Spokane real estate brokerage, has added eight agents recently, and the company is interviewing two other agents, says Jack Kestell, owner and broker.

The new agents come to Kestell from Coldwell Banker Northwest Group, which recently consolidated with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, Kestell says.

The agents bring the Kestell staff up to 26 agents, he says, adding that those agents have an average of 15 years of real estate experience between them.

Kestell Co. occupies 5,500 square feet of space at 300 E. Third, just east of downtown Spokane. Kestell bought the company in 1981 from his father, Monte Kestell, who founded it in 1961.

The brokerage markets new and resale residential, commercial, and investment real estate, as well as real estate development, Kestell says.

Kestell Cos.' listings for new residential properties include homes built by prominent Spokane builder Condron Homes and West Plains builder Envision Homes, he says.
