Ibex Flooring LLC, a commercial flooring supplier here, has bought a single-story, 11,700-square-foot building at 2925 N. Martin and plans to move there later this month from leased space at 702 N. Helena. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Stan-Craft Marine Center Inc., a Post Falls-based powerboat manufacturer, dealer, and service provider, has leased a 14,000-square-foot building at 2321 W. Dakota, in Hayden, Idaho, where it plans to expand its service and storage facilities. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial Realty, handled the transaction.



Save More Automotive, a new automotive maintenance and repair shop, has leased 3,800 square feet of floor space at 1425 E. Sherman, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial Realty, handled the transaction.



509 Inc., a snowmobile video and accessory distributor, has leased 14,500 square feet of space at 10424 W. Aero Road, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 2501 N. Farr Road. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, LLC, handled the transaction.



Marketplace Wineries LLC, a joint venture of Spokane wineries Padrta Cellars LLC and Emvy Cellars LLC, has bought a three-floor, 20,000-square-foot building at 35 W. Pacific and plans to move winemaking and retail operations there from leased space. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Auto-ID Specialties, a bar-coding and electronic inventory and data tracking service, has leased 200 square feet of office space at 206 E. Sherman, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from a home office. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.



Woodhawk Controls LLC, a new electrical and control systems integrator, has leased 2,800 square feet of space at 4951 N. Building Center Drive, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Tryst Hair Co., a new hair salon, has leased 2,200 square feet of space on the first floor of Schade Towers, at 528 E. Spokane Falls Blvd. Jeff McGougan and Kevin Guthrie, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
