Rasmussen Sports Training LLC, doing business as Ultimate Athlete Sports Performance Training Center, has leased 5,900 square feet of floor space at 1116 E. Sherman, in Coeur d'Alene, and plans to move there from leased space at 7791 N. Aqua Circle, in Dalton Gardens. Ben Widmyer, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



SAP-Spokane Project LLC, of Costa Mesa, Calif., has bought as an investment the 270-unit Biltmore-Beaumont apartment complex at 2525 and 2727 E. 53rd. Mitch Swenson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



McGee Sisters Inc., a new photography studio, has leased a two-story, 2,000-square-foot building at 1919 E. Mission. Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



All About You Weddings & Events Inc. has leased 4,100 square feet of space at 11354 N. Government Way, in Hayden, Idaho, and has moved there from leased quarters at 8206 N. Government Way. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Subway Real Estate LLC, has leased 1,500 square feet of floor space in Logan Square, at 1601 N. Division, and plans to replace a Quiznos Sub restaurant there with a Subway sandwich shop. Guy Byrd and Jeff Ottmar, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Three Forks Properties LLC, a disaster cleaning and restoration service doing business as Service Master Emergency Services by Covington, has bought a 10,000-square-foot building at 12822 E. Indiana, in Spokane Valley, and plans to move there from leased space at 1521 N. Argonne.



Brett Bros. Sports International Inc. subsidiary BrettHand Inc., a Spokane Valley vendor and distributor of licensed, oversized, finger-pointing foam hands with promotional sleeves, has leased 40,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 9514 E. Montgomery. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Cupertino, Calif.-based CRC Health Group Inc., doing business here as Spokane Treatment Solutions, has leased 5,700 square feet of space on the ground floor of the two-story Premier Professional Building, at 15812 E. Indiana, for a new chemical dependency treatment program. Jeff McGougan, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
