City Electric Inc., an Alaska-based construction company, has leased 12,100 square feet of floor space at 2121 N. Waterworks, in Spokane Valley, and has opened a new branch there. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Orange Legal Technologies LLC, a Salt Lake City-based electronic discovery service, has leased 2,200 square feet of space in the Symons Building, at 7 S. Howard, and has moved its Spokane office there from smaller quarters in the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Alpha Internet Consulting LLC, a Spokane marketing company, has leased 800 square feet of space at 3009 S. Mt. Vernon and plans to move there in September from the Rock Pointe Corporate Center, at 1212 N. Washington. Lance von Marbod, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.



On-Top Realty Inc., a Spokane real estate brokerage, has leased 1,350 square feet of office space at 611 E. Second and plans to move from there from home-based offices by August. Nick Barnes, of On-Top Realty, and Kevin Edwards, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Emergency Pet Care PLLC, a Post Falls veterinary clinic, has bought a 3,800-square-foot building at 3046 E. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, and plans to move there in July from leased space at 2700 E. Seltice Way. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Atlas Supply Inc., a Seattle-based wholesaler of construction, marine, and industrial supplies, has leased 8,000 square feet of space at 12918 E. Indiana and has moved its Spokane operation there from smaller quarters at 3627 E. Springfield. Earl L. Engle, of NAI Black, and David Dowers, of Dowers Real Estate Group, handled the transaction.



Alligator Diesel Performance LLC, a diesel engine parts retailer, has leased 7,000 square feet of floor space at 510 S. Clearwater Loop, in Post Falls, and has moved there from smaller quarters in Post Falls. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



TD&B II LLC, of Spokane, has bought a 2,600-square-foot building that had housed an A&W All-American Food restaurant, at 115 W. Seltice, in Post Falls, and plans to open a used-car dealership there. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial Realty, handled the purchase.



Inspired Solutions Inc., a Spokane-area medical-equipment supplier, has leased 2,900 square feet of floor space at 930 N. Mullan, in Spokane Valley, and has moved there from leased space at 2727 S. Mt. Vernon. Lance von Marbod, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.
