Harrison, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved there from larger quarters at 212 W. Ironwood Drive. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Interior Solutions Inc., an office-furniture dealer, has leased 12,100 square feet of warehouse space at 111 E. North Foothills Drive. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and David Hicks, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson South, handled the transaction. Interior Solutions' main showroom is at 1229 N. Monroe.



Oil Analysis Lab Inc., a Spokane industrial-engine oil-testing concern, has leased 1,800 square feet of floor space at 121 N. Lee, where it plans to expand an adjacent satellite facility located at 2121 E. Riverside. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. The lab's main operations are located at 1514 E. Sprague.



Cascade Flooring Systems LLC, a new Spokane Valley commercial flooring sales and service concern, has leased 1,250 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Powell Industries Inc., a Houston-based manufacturer of electrical power products, has leased 4,150 square feet of floor space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has opened a distribution center there. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.
