Leslie's Furniture & Framing, an upscale used-furniture and picture-framing shop, has leased 6,000 square feet of space in the Harbor Ridge retail center, at 1600 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls, and has moved there from smaller quarters in Hayden. Kim Cooper, of Select Brokers, and Pat Eberlin, of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Performance RC Hobbies, a Coeur d'Alene specialty hobby supply store, has leased a 1,900- square-foot building at 3024 N. Government Way and has moved there due to a fire at its former location at 2928 N. Government Way. Kim Cooper, of Select Brokers LLC, handled the transactions.
