Whitworth University, of Spokane, has leased 2,600 square feet of floor space in the Riverfront Office Park, at 534 E. Spokane Falls Blvd., for two additional classrooms that it plans to begin using in in April. Mike Livingston and Marc Mowrer, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Jeff McGougan, of NAI Black, handled the transaction, which brings Whitworth's total leased space there to more than 7,000 square feet.



NRC Environmental Services Inc., a waste-management and emergency environmental-response concern, has leased 7,500 square feet of space at 21 N. Julia and has moved there from smaller quarters at 4031 E. Trent. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Dan Cantu and Will Clemons, both of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Sport Liquidators Inc., a Spokane retail concern that does business as Sports Outlet, has leased 6,700 square feet of space adjacent to the Office Depot outlet, at 4505 N. Division, and plans to move there in April from leased space at 1602 N. Division. Chad Carper and Craig Soehren, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Bill Brooks, of Selkirk Real Estate LLC, handled the transaction.



Larry and Kathleen Dilley, of Spokane, have bought as an investment a 17,400-square-foot, two-story building at 2707 N. Perry. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



South Hill Counseling LLC, a mental-health counseling practice, has leased 400 square feet of office space in the Ben Burr Building , at 5915 S. Regal, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 703 W. Seventh. Jon Jeffreys and Mark McLees, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Bozarth Investment Management Inc., a financial planning service, has leased 800 square feet of office space on the second floor of the Ben Burr Building, at 5915 S. Regal, and has moved there from 2828 E. 32nd. Jon Jeffreys, Mark McLees, and Jeff McGougan, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Coeur Lumber Group LLC, a specialty wood-product manufacturer and retailer, has leased 11,900 square feet of space at 6875 Woodard Road, in Coeur d'Alene, and has moved its sales and storage operations there from smaller quarters at 7404 E. Indiana, in Spokane Valley. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction. Coeur Lumber also operates a mill near Hayden.



At Parr Outpatient Services LLC, a counseling service, has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 124 E. Augusta, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 1717 Northwest Blvd. Doug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group LLC, handled the transaction.
