Nick Valestrino, of Coeur d'Alene, has bought a 1-acre parcel of commercial land at 10812 N. Government, Way, in Hayden, Idaho, as an investment. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Commercial Realty, handled the transaction.



Cone & Co., a Spokane Valley accounting firm, has leased 2,230 square feet of space in the Edmo Building, at 12830 E. Mirabeau Parkway, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 505 N. Argonne. Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



J. Michael Kohler CPA, a Spokane accounting practice, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space at 520 S. Washington, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 222 W. Mission. Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Basin Express LLC, a Colfax, Wash.-based freight distribution and delivery concern, has leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 3915 E. Boone and has moved its Spokane location there from smaller quarters at 2914 E. Boone. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and James S. Black III, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Carolyn Borst, a Spokane-area franchisee of the Georgetown, Texas-based Sport Clips Inc. barber shop chain, has leased 1,300 square feet of floor space at 10 N. Sullivan, and plans to open an outlet there in the spring. Jim Quigley, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. Borst also operates a Sport Clips outlet in the Northtown Square shopping center, at 4805 N. Division.



Katze, a women's clothing boutique, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 720 W. Riverside and plans to move there from smaller quarters in the Heritage Square retail center, at 9307 N. Division. Erik Nelson and Casey Brazil, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Virginia Beach, Va.-based Liberty Tax Service has leased 1,000 square feet of space in the Northpointe Plaza shopping center, at 10100 N. Newport Highway, for a new outlet. Erik Nelson, Chad Carper, Carl Guenzel, and Jim Quigley, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.
