Graceful Gift Baskets, a Spokane Valley custom gift-basket design and delivery concern, has leased 1,200 square feet of floor space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista, and has moved there from a smaller, residential space. Tracy Poff, Tracy Lucas, and Mark Lucas, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Gary R. Penar, Attorney at Law, has bought a 4,600-square-foot, single-story office building, at 521 N. Argonne, and has moved there from leased quarters at 25 N. Mullan. Michael Mathis, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



R & R Custom Color Lab Inc., a Spokane digital and film photo lab, has leased 1,700 square feet of floor space at 2929 N. Monroe, and has moved there from larger quarters at 1401 N. Calispel. Michael Mathis and Ryan Walter, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Mountain Ventures Inc., a Spokane information-technology design and support firm that does business as Innovation Computing, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space on the third floor of a building at 7307 N. Division, and has moved there from smaller quarters in that building. Michael Mathis and Ryan Walter, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Zorich Family Partnership LLP, of Seattle, has bought as an investment a 5,500-square-foot building at 1201 Washington, in Sandpoint, Idaho. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Longevity Chiropractic PLLC, a new chiropractic practice, has leased 1,000 square feet of office space in the Cornerstone Center at 761 N. Thornton, in Post Falls. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Merry Maids LP, a Memphis-based, home-cleaning franchise operation, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space in the Cornerstone Center office building, at 761 N. Thornton, in Post Falls, and has moved an office there from 2901 N. Argonne, in Spokane Valley. The franchise also has a Merry Maids office at 7 S. Howard, in Spokane. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Matson's Plumbing Inc., of Coeur d'Alene, has leased 3,200 square feet of floor space at 460 W. Clayton Ave., in Coeur d'Alene, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 6250 N. Warrior St. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Ryder's Collectibles, a new gift, antique, and collectible store, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space in the Gibbs Center, at 1408 Northwest Blvd., in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Cunningham Chiropractic, a new chiropractor practice, has leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 8827 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
