Fresenius Medical Care North America, a Waltham, Mass.-based operator of kidney dialysis facilities, has leased 4,300 square feet of floor space at 830 S. Main St., in Deer Park, and plans to open a new branch office there next spring. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Craig Soehren, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. Fresenius operates seven other dialysis centers in Spokane and Kootenai counties.



Coeur d'Alene-based Britches & Bows Child Care Centers has leased 1,900 square feet of floor space at 420 N. Post Street and plans to move there in November from smaller quarters at 501 W. McGuire Road. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Priest River, Idaho-based Action Marine Northwest Inc., a Tracker brand boat dealership, has leased a 7,900-square-foot building at 7168 N. Government Way, in Dalton Gardens, Idaho, and plans to open a second sales outlet there in January. Its other outlet is at Priest Lake Marina. Craig Hunter & Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Northbrook, Ill.-based Allstate Insurance Co. has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 2525 E. 29th for a new branch. Erik Nelson and Chad Carper, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



El Segundo, Calif.-based DirecTV Inc., the satellite television service provider, has leased 10,600 square feet of floor space for a storage and distribution center in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, in Spokane Valley. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC, and Gary Kuster, of Windermere Real Estate/Valley, handled the transaction.
