Nordic Tarps Manufacturing Inc., of Spokane Valley, has leased 4,700 square feet of industrial space in the Fancher Bridge Business Park, at 5805 E. Sharp, and has moved there from a smaller space in that complex. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Pita Pit USA Inc., the Coeur d'Alene-based fast-food chain, has leased 1,700 square feet of retail space for a new restaurant at 116 N. First Ave. Chris Bell and James S. Black III, both of NAI Black, and Chad Carper, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Arlenco Distribution Inc., a Rexburg, Idaho-based distributor of home-electronic and security systems, has leased 1,700 square feet of space at 204 S. Koren and has moved its Spokane outlet there from a larger space at 128 S. Sherman. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



GE Healthcare, a divison of Fairfield, Conn.-based General Electric Co. that provides medical-imaging products and services, has leased 2,300 square feet of floor space for a new outlet in the Lake Industrial Park, at 920 N. Lake Road. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Sheila Evans and Paul Edminster have bought a 5,200-square-foot, single-story office building at 2204 E. Mallon and plan to move their art studio there from a smaller, leased space at 114 W. Pacific. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Fresenius Medical Care North America, a Waltham, Mass.-based operator of kidney dialysis facilities, has leased 4,300 square feet of floor space at 830 S. Main St., in Deer Park, and plans to open a new branch office there next spring. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Craig Soehren, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. Fresenius operates seven other dialysis centers in Spokane and Kootenai counties.



Coeur d'Alene-based Britches & Bows Child Care Centers has leased 1,900 square feet of floor space at 420 Post Street and plans to move there in November from smaller quarters at 501 W. McGuire Road. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.
