Fiesta Bonita Mexican Grill & Cantina has leased 2,100 square feet of space at 116 N. First, in Sandpoint, Idaho, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 700 Kootenai Cutoff, in Ponderay, Idaho. Chris Bell and James S. Black III, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Cindy Carlson, a Pinehurst, Idaho-based Keller Williams real estate agent, has bought a 2,600-square-foot former Wells Fargo Bank branch building at 202 W. Cameron, in Kellogg, Idaho, and plans to open the Cindy Carlson Keller Williams Realty office there this month, moving from a home office. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, and Cindy Carlson, of Keller Williams, handled the transaction.



Red Hill Inc., the Spokane Valley-based franchisee for Minneapolis-based Great Clips Inc. hair salons, has leased 1,400 square feet of space for a new outlet at 675 Kootenai Cutoff, in Ponderay, Idaho. Chris Schreiber, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Steven and Rickie Ann Wineinger, of Spokane, have bought as an investment 2.5 acres of land zoned for industrial use at 3212 N. Eden, in Spokane Valley. Bill Tibbits and Guy Byrd, both of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Sam Morse, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Western Security Appraisal Services PS, a real estate appraisal firm, has leased 1,300 square feet of floor space in the Boulder Creek Professional Building, at 505 N. Argonne, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 12104 E. Main. Jon Jeffreys, of NAI Black, and Vic Overholser, of SDS Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Aronson Security Group Inc., a Seattle-based security firm doing business as ASG, has leased 2,400 square feet of floor space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista Road, and has moved its Spokane operation there from smaller quarters at 2914 E. Boone. Mark Lucas and Tracy Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



A real estate investment company headed by Barry Baker has bought as an investment a 4,500-square-foot building at 3104 S. Regal that recently was leased by Spokane-based Rockwood Clinic PS. Mark McLees and Jon Jeffreys, both of NAI Black, and Ron Horton and Steve McIntosh, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Prudential Spokane Real Estate has bought a two-story, 7,500-square-foot building at 421 N. Mullan and plans to move its Spokane Valley office there from a similar-sized space at 1421 N. Mullan in mid-September. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Ken Lewis, of Prudential Spokane Real Estate, handled the transaction. Prudential Spokane Real Estate also operates an office at 601 W. Francis.



Yarrow Hot Yoga Wellness Studio, a new yoga and massage center, has leased 4,000 square feet of space at 412 W. Boone, and plans to open there on Sept. 1. Jeff Ottmar, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate Co., handled the transaction.
