R&J's Shop LLC, a countertop sales and installation company, has leased a 2,800-square-foot building at 3630 E. Queen and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 3705 E. Nebraska. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Jim Bonuccelli and Rob Amsden, both of Village Square Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Mercer Health & Benefits LLC, an insurance and employee-benefits provider, has leased 3,500 square feet of space on the eighth floor of the Chase Financial Center, at 601 W. Main, and has moved there from larger quarters on the 13th floor of that building. Gordon Hester, Michael Mathis, and Mike Livingston, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Diversified Wholesale Services, a grocery wholesaler, has leased 3,300 square feet of warehouse space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista Road, and plans to move there from similar-sized quarters at 1515 E. Houston. Tracy Lucas, Mark Lucas, and Tracy Poff, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Union Dale, N.Y.-based phone directory publisher Yellow Book Sales & Distribution Co. has leased 2,000 square feet of space in the River View Corporate Center, at 16201 E. Indiana, and plans to move there in August from smaller quarters in the Pinecroft Business Park, at 12310 E. Mirabeau Parkway. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle Hagood Co., and Jack Marr, of Worthy Enterprises LLC, handled the transaction.



Auntie Anne's Pretzels Inc., a Lancaster, Pa.-based franchise operation, has leased 350 square feet of floor space previously occupied by a Wetzel's Pretzels LLC outlet in the River Park Square mall, at 808 W. Main downtown, and has opened its second Spokane-area restaurant there. Stephen Pohl, of River Park Square, handled the transaction. Auntie Anne's other outlet here is in the Spokane Valley Mall, at 14700 E. Indiana.



Cyd Rossi, of Athol, Idaho, has bought as an investment a 12,400-square-foot retail strip center at 6055 Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene. The fully leased center has five tenants. Craig Hunter and Rob Kannapien, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Sylvan Learning, a franchise tutoring operation with three Spokane-area locations, has leased 2,400 square feet of floor space at 2926 S. Regal and has moved its South Hill center there from smaller quarters at 2527 E. 27th. Marshall Clark, of Clark Pacific Real Estate Co., handled the transaction. Sylvan Learning also operates tutoring centers at 8536 N. Wall and 210 N. University.
