Excelsior Wellness will open its $8 million health clinic this summer to be followed by a new wave of development activity for an envisioned wellness campus at the 32-acre property in northwest Spokane.

Haven Real Estate Group has been acquired by Houston-based Epique Realty.

Site work is set to begin in early May at Whitworth University for a new 21,500-square-foot engineering and physics building. 

Construction season is underway in the Inland Northwest, with well over $600 million in road-related projects scheduled in Spokane County in 2024.

The second phase of construction at Highland Village in Airway Heights is underway with plans to add 67 residential dwellings to the development. 

NIL collectives have emerged as the new fundraising vehicle to pay student-athletes at local universities. In the Inland Northwest, there are two major collectives: the Zags Collective, representing Gonzaga University men's and women's basketball athletes, and the Cougar Collective which raises funds for Washington State University athletes.
