A former Brooklyn Deli employee is trying to pay homage to the now-closed downtown Spokane sandwich shop with Paper St. Coffee Co.

Three Spokane hotels—the Madison Inn, the Courtyard by Marriott, and the Wingate by Wyndham—have changed hands in the past few months.
