Zome Design LLC, an apparel screen-printing and embroidery company, has leased 2,500 square feet of space at 1821 W. Fifth Avenue, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 6714 N. Pittsburg. Erik Nelson and Cody George, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Riggz Indoor Skate Park, a new Spokane skateboarding venue, has bought a building with 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 2943 N. Lee. Anne Betow and James S. Black III, both of NAI Black, and Steve Peterson, of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson North, handled the transaction.



Gamestop Inc., a Grapevine, Texas-based new and used electronic games and equipment retailer, has leased 1,400 square feet of retail space for a new outlet in the Banner Center, at 509 N. Sullivan. Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, and Jeff Rosen, of Seattle Pacific Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Algona, Wash.-based Kennedy Endeavors Inc., doing business as Tim's Cascade Snacks, has leased 12,800 square feet of warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.



Therapeutic Bliss, a new massage-therapy business, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space at 6701 N. Country Homes Blvd. Matthew Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



The Law Office of Alan H. Green PLLC, a new practice, has leased 250 square feet of office space in the Fernwell Executive Suites on the fifth floor of the Fernwell Building, at 505 W. Riverside. The Law Office of Paul M. Gaffney PLLC, another new practice, has leased 150 square feet of office space there. Allyson Shoshana, manager of the Fernwell Building, handled both transactions.



Spokane AIDS Network, a nonprofit AIDS and HIV support, education, and prevention program, has leased 700 square feet of office space at 1522 N. Washington for extended-hour activities. Michael Mathis and Barbara Neeser, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction. Spokane AIDS Network's main office is at 905 S. Monroe.
