Reno, Nev.-based Dinter Engineering Co. has leased 950 square feet of office space in the Lakeland Square commercial center, at 1556 state Route 41, in Rathdrum, Idaho, and has moved an office there from 17562 W. Liree Drive, in Hauser Lake, Idaho. Rob Kannapien and Craig Hunter, both of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the transaction.



Jeeperman LLC, a Spokane Valley parts fabricator and supplier for Jeep vehicles, has leased 1,230 square feet of warehouse space, at 6002 E. Alki. Tracy Lucas, Tracy Poff, and Mark Lucas, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Snookie Anderson, of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the lease.



Piece of Mind, a Spokane Valley-based chain of nine glass-pipe and tobacco-accessory retail stores, has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for a new outlet at 2824 E. 29th. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Fringe LLC, a new beauty salon and boutique, has leased 1,700 square feet of floor space in the Lincoln View Shopping Center, at 2622 E. 29th. Jon Jeffreys, Chris Bell, and James S. Black III, all of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
