Patricia Steele and Sandra Daily, doing business as R Salon, a new Spokane Valley hair salon, have leased 1,200 square feet of floor space at 13221 E. 32nd. Mark McLees, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Lubbock, Texas-based GVH/Millennium Distribution Northwest Inc., a distributor of food packaging products, has leased 16,000 square feet of warehouse space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, for a new Spokane operation. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, and Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the lease.



Salon Services & Supplies Inc., a Renton, Wash.-based distributor of beauty salon products, has leased 1,600 square feet of floor space at 611 E. Second, and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 303 E. Second. Kevin Edwards, of NAI Black, and Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.
