Akron, Ohio-based Associated Materials LLC, a building-materials supplier doing business here as Alside Supply Center, has leased 19,800 square feet of industrial space at 3420 E. Desmet, in the Chimney Rock Industrial Park, and plans to move its Spokane operation there in June from smaller quarters at 909 N. Nelson. Scott Person and Earl Engle, both of NAI Black, and Todd Rothrock, of Rothrock Co., handled the lease.



McLean Law Office PLLC, of Spokane, has bought an 1,800-square-foot, single-story building at 4711 N. Madison and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 628 1/2 N. Monroe. Don Jamieson, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Thrifty Living, a new Spokane Valley thrift store, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 326 S. Pines. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.
