Shamus's Sandwich Shop Inc., a new restaurant, has leased 1,200 square feet of foor space at 4212 E. Sprague. Erik Nelson, Carl Guenzel, and Lou Nesser, all of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Auto Trans Experts LLC, of Spokane, a specialty vehicle hauler, has bought the 13,100-square-foot former Curtis Construction building, at 1401 N. Fancher, and has moved there from its owner's residence. Earl L. Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Linda Mell and Marsha Hansen, doing business as 25th Avenue Massage, a new massage therapy center, have leased 1,150 square feet of floor space, at 1001 W. 25th. Marc Mowrer, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Earl Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Missoula, Mont.-based Western States Insurance Agency Inc. has leased 8,200 square feet of office space in the Riverpoint One Building, at 501 N. Riverpoint Blvd., and has consolidated its Spokane-area offices there from 123 E. Second and 5227 E. Trent. Jeff Johnson and Kevin Edwards, both of NAI Black, handled the lease.



Autumn Springs LLC, of Colbert, Wash., has bought a 6,100-square-foot commercial building, at 5702 N. Market, as an investment. Raleigh Johnston, of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the lease.



H&R Block Enterprises Inc., a Kansas City, Mo.-based income tax-preparation service, has leased 3,600 square feet of floor space at 12412 E. Sprague for a new branch office. Joe Ward, of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.
