C Commence Inc., a Spokane tobacco-products retailer doing business as Discount Smoke, has leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 7011 N. Division. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction. Discount Smoke has another location at 634 E. Garland.



Bloomington, Ill.-based State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. has leased 1,400 square feet of floor space at 5519 N. Alberta and plans to open a new office there next month. Will Clemmens, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, handled the transaction.



Tacoma, Wash.-based Parker Paint Manufacturing Co. has leased 3,400 square feet of floor space at 5815 E. Sprague for a new retail outlet. Parker Paint also has an outlet at 41 W. Third. Joe Ward, of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Save-More Automotive, a Spokane auto sales and service shop, has bought a 1,400-square-foot building it had been leasing at 304 E. Wellesley and plans to expand there. Earl L. Engle, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



926 Monroe LLC, of Spokane, has bought the 40,000-square-foot multitenant Huckleberry's Center retail building, at 926 S. Monroe, as an investment. Greg Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group, handled the transaction.
