Care-A-Lot Learning Center Inc., a Spokane day-care center, has leased a 6,900-square-foot, two-story building at 5122 N. Division and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 4417 W. Wellesley by March 1. James S. Black III, of NAI Black, and Justin Asher, of Prodigy Sales & Management, handled the transaction.



CarQuest Corp., a Raleigh, N.C.-based auto parts chain, has leased 6,600 square feet of floor space in the Coeur d'Alene Town Center, at 2634 N. Government Way, for a new store. Carl Guenzel and Erik Nelson, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Imco General Construction Inc., a Bellingham, Wash-based general contractor, has leased 7,500 square feet of warehouse space in the West Spokane Industrial Park, at 1302 W. McFarlane, in Airway Heights. Scott Person and Chris Siemens, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction. Imco has an office at the Airway Heights water reclamation project, at 2140 S. Lawson.



America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses Inc., a New Jersey.-based eyewear and eye-care provider, has leased 3,400 square feet of space at 3500 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene. Scott Person, of NAI Black, and Mac Whiteford, of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Blaine, Wash.-based Rugosa Trading Inc., doing business here as One Earth Starch, has leased 5,600 square feet of space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and plans to manufacture starch-based packaging materials there. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the transaction.
