Wong Financial Services Inc., a Spokane Valley financial planning service, has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 12704 E. Nora and has moved there from smaller quarters at 25 S. Blake Road. Tom Watson, of Re/Max of Spokane, and Mike King, of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the lease transaction.



G.S. Benson Investments LLC, which operates a Meineke Car Care Center franchise in Spokane Valley, has leased 10,000 square feet of floor space at 7227 E. Sprague for an automotive service shop and warehouse space and has moved its car-care center there from smaller quarters at 523 N. Pines. Mike King, of Stonemark Real Estate Co., handled the transaction.



Added Touch Framing & Gallery Inc. has leased 1,300 square feet of floor space at 7011 N. Division and has moved there from smaller quarters in the same building. Joe Ward and Raleigh Johnston, both of Pinnacle Realty Inc., handled the transaction.



Rags to Stitches, a new Spokane Valley upholstery and auto-trim business, has leased 1,200 square feet of floor space in the Vista Industrial Park, at 111 N. Vista Road. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the lease.



Chimney Rock Mortgage, a division of Spokane-based Mann Mortgage LLC, has leased 1,350 square feet of floor space on the eighth floor of the Paulsen Center, at 421 W. Riverside, and has moved its downtown office there from smaller quarters on the 10th floor of the same building. Lisa Dowers, of West & Wheeler LLC, and Matthew Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the Lease.



Premier Granite & Quartz Inc., a new granite and hard-surface countertop fabricator and installer, has leased 3,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 6548 W. Seltice Way, in Post Falls. Mike King, Dani Kramer, and Paul Bielec, all of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, handled the lease.



Terrabella Inc., a Spokane landscaping and snow-removal service, has leased 4,500 square feet of space at 5528 E. Cataldo and plans to move there from smaller quarters at 1119 N. Napa. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., and Guy Byrd, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.



Granite Shop LLC, a Spokane custom countertop, flooring, and fabrication company, has leased 3,700 square feet of floor space at 1314 E. Trent and has moved there from smaller quarters at 1803 W. Fifth. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Cleaning & Restoration Inc., a Spokane Valley franchise operation doing business as Steamatic of the Inland Empire, has leased 8,000 square feet of floor space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, and has moved there from 12422 E. Desmet. Chase Breckner, of Crown West Realty LLC, handled the lease.



Coeur d'Alene-based Exercise Institute Inc. has leased 1,500 square feet of floor space, at 21651 E. Country Vista Drive, in Liberty Lake, and has opened its third fitness outlet there. Its other outlets are in Coeur d'Alene and Hayden, Idaho. Jim Koon, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, handled the lease.



Zig Zag Bail Bonds Inc. has leased 1,350 square feet of floor space at 724 N. Monroe for a new branch. Chris Bell, of NAI Black, handled the transaction.
