Express Locations LLC, a Wenatchee, Wash.-based franchise of T-Mobile, has leased 2,500 square feet of space for a new outlet in the Sportsman's Plaza II, at 3500 N. Government Way, in Coeur d'Alene. Mac Whiteford and Jim Quigley, both of Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.



Creative Spark Media LLC, an online media company, has leased 3,000 square feet of floor space at 11907 E. Broadway, in Spokane Valley, and plans to move there in December from smaller quarters at 15920 E. Indiana. Jon Jeffreys and Jeff McGougan, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.



Crossroads Inc., a drug- and alcohol-abuse treatment and mental health services provider doing business here as New Directions Outpatient Clinic, has leased 1,000 square feet of floor space in the Georgetown Building, at 539 W. Sharp, and has moved there from smaller quarters at 2132 W. Northwest Blvd. Will Clemmens, of Cantu Commercial Properties LLC, and Shawn C. Nichols, of Cornerstone Property Advisors LLC, handled the transaction.
